De uma forma um tanto espontânea quis dedicar esta semana que passou a um dos meus autores de fantasia preferidos - J. R. R. Tolkien.
Não é o primeiro post que faço sobre ele. Fiz um sobre alguns dos livros e DVD's que tenho, e outro sobre umas edições especiais que tenho do The Lord of the Rings.

In a very spontaneous way I want to dedicate the past week to one of my favourite fantasy authors - J. R. R. Tolkien.
This is not the first post I do about the author. I've done one before about the books and DVD's in my collection and other about some vintage american editions I found in second hand.

Estão a reparar que estou a partilhar o mesmo livro outra vez, pois na verdade ainda o estou a ler. Comecei a lê-lo cerca de um ano e ainda estou a lê-lo. É um pouco longo e eu já conheço a história através da série televisiva. Só agora é que estou a chegar à parte da história que conheço menos. Faltam-me 182 páginas para acabar. Este livro têm 700 páginas e é sobre a investiação criminal de um homicídio de uma jovem de 19 anos. Se calhar já ouviram falar da série televisiva como o mesmo nome - The Killing (existem duas versões a americana e a dinamarquesa). Eu sei que estamos nos finais de Fevereiro e que ainda estou a fazer agendas de 2016. Esta foi para mim. É uma espécie de pedido personalizado e um protótipo ao mesmo tempo (visto que nunca fotografei nenhuma das versões que já fiz). Estou a experimentá-lo e já tive até algumas ideias para a melhorar. Se estão curiosos é uma agenda A5 de capa mole e a minha parte preferida é que se parece com um caderno normal. If you're wondering about the book in the image, yes I'm still reading it. I started this book about a year ago, and I'm still reading it. It's a very long book, and I already knew the tv show. Only now I'm getting in to the area of the story I remember and know less. But I'm still about 182 pages of finishing the book. The book has 700 pages and i'ts about the crime investigation of 19 year old death. You might have heard about the TV-show with the same name The Killing (there were two versions - American one and a Danish one. I know it's almost the end of February and I'm making the last planners for 2016. This one was for me. And it's kind of a prototype since I never had one to take proper photos and start to have it on the shop. I'm trying it, and already have a few ideas to improve it. If you're curious it's a A5 softcover 2016 planner and it looks like a regular notebook - which is my favourite thing about it.

This week I don't have much to share. I was still recovering and also trying to get back to normal life and work. So I guess it will be all about books.

I like to organize everything by colours... except my books. In books I prefer to organize them by genre/author or even theme. This photo was a challenge to create a rainbow with books. I don't have many books with colourful spines, so it was a little challenge. But fun anyway. From these 11 books I've only read 4, and I'm in the middle of 3 of them. I've read Seer of Sevenwater (5th book in the Sevenwater series), The Angels Game (this was my first English physical book, I bought it in Frankfurt airport when I was coming back from my Erasmus semester), The Book of Laughter and Forgetting by Milan Kundera and Coraline by Neil Gaiman. I've started (but not finished yet) The Brand Handbook, Dracula and The House of the Dead by Fyodor Dostoyevsky
