Conhecem a canção? Não? Bem, é dos Death Cab for Cutie e penso que representa bastante bem o meu espírito com o início de mais um ano. Podem pensar que isto é um pouco estranho ou até idiota porque todos nós temos desejos e sonhos que queremos concretizar, mas eu prefiro não ter resoluções e deixar o ano fluir. Claro que comi as famosas doze passas de uva e pedi os doze desejos às doze badaladas da passagem de ano, mas não conto isso como resoluções de ano novo. Todos os anos desejo o mesmo: saúde para toda a minha família e amigos e que o novo ano lhes traga tudo de bom... e até agora penso que tem resultado. Tudo o resto vem por acréscimo.
Este método é fantástico e gosto imenso dele porque, desta forma, não fico desiludida ou desapontada quando as coisas não acontecem como eu tinha desejado, e também podemos sempre ter boas surpresas. Por exemplo, este ano começou de forma fantástica com uma encomenda de sete cadernos da nossa Christmas Collection, o que levanta sempre o ânimo para voltar ao trabalho depois de umas mini férias festivas. A encomenda viajará até aos Estados Unidos da América e eu já comecei com os recortes necessários para os cadernos, yay! :D
O ano para nós Nuts começou com ótimas notícias, e eu espero honestamente que todos vós também tenham um ano fantástico! Deixo-vos com a canção de que vos falei no início e conto convosco na próxima semana para mais uma crónica, que eu venho pronta a dar-vos muita música este ano!

Do you know the song? No? Well, it's from Death Cab for Cutie and I think it represents very well my spirit with the begging of another year. You may think it's a little awkward or even stupid because we all have wishes and dreams we want to fulfill, but I prefer not to have a lot of resolutions and let the year flow. Of course I ate the famous twelve raisins and ask for twelve wishes, but I don't count that as resolutions. I wish the same every year: good health to all my family and friends and that this year would be great to all of them... and so far I think it has been worked. Everything else comes by extension. 
This method is amazing and I love it because this way I don't get disappointed when things don't happen as I wished and also I can get good surprises too. For example, this year began with a massive order of seven notebooks of our Christmas Collection, which make me very excited to get back to work! They will travel to the United States and I already have started the papercuts needed for the notebooks, yay! :D
Good news and a great begining of the year for us Nuts, and I honestly hope you guys have a really amazing year too! I'll leave you with the song I began this post and I'll catch you guys next week ready to give you a year of a lot of music!
